The benefit of this diet is that you can eat without worrying too much about portion sizes, although you shouldn't go too far. The total calorie intake of the food must not exceed 500 Kcal. Don't be afraid, the menu is designed in such a way that on the second day, hunger will leave you.

Some authors call kefir the oatmeal diet by this name, but the fact remains: the 7 kg per week diet is strict and requires it to be followed exactly, and only then will the result pleasantly surprise you.
